About Anita Mortgage Team
We are residential mortgage brokers that specialize in offering mortgage purchases, mortgage renewals, mortgage refinance, and home equity loans to clients in Airdrie, Calgary, and the surrounding areas, but we also help clients throughout Canada!
We have been serving clients with varying mortgage needs for over ten years. In that time, we have managed to maintain a strong bond with multiple lenders which have enabled us to find the right mortgage product for our clients.
Anita is an active member of the Mortgage Professionals of Canada and the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association, which is what makes it easy for clients to trust our services. Anita also holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation which is available only for mortgage professionals that choose to maintain a high level of professionalism, training, and education within the mortgage industry in Canada. Moreover, she is licensed by the Avenue Financial Real Estate Solutions and plans on expanding the firm’s services to commercial and business financing which is a new and exciting chapter for us all.
As we strive to learn and grow, we keep pace with the ever-changing rules and regulations of the department of finance and OSFI. Every lender also has separate guidelines when agreeing to lend to a future client, so for this reason, we try to be up to date with all the lender requirements to ensure that we know exactly what lenders are looking for in a portfolio and gives us a clear idea of where our clients fit.
We are in the office from 9 am to 5 pm and also available evenings and weekends by appointment.

For all that we receive from the community, we choose to give back by being involved in several fundraisers throughout the year to help various associations in need throughout the community of Airdrie. I am also responsible for the Miss School Miss Out program with the Rotary Club of Airdrie and continually support minor hockey in any way I can.
